Sunny Irish Coffee

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Tullamore D.E.W.

Irish whiskey

o ½ ounce Cointreau

o 6 ounces strong hot coffee

Garnish

o whipped cream

o green Crème de Menthe

(optional)

Method:

1. Combine cocktail

ingredients in a warmed glass

mug.

2. Top with whipped cream.

3. Drizzle with Crème de

Menthe, or not.

Remarks:

This is a remarkably pleasant,

caffeinated cocktail. You can

either mix a splash of green

Crème de Menthe in the cream

as you whip it or drizzle some

on top as you serve it. Or you

could skip it altogether if you

are uneasy being green.
