Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ½ ounce Mount Gay XO rum

o ½ ounce Southern Comfort

o 1 ½ ounces dark Crème de Cacao

o 6 ounces cold strong coffee

o 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a highball

glass.

Remarks:

We upped the Crème de Cacao

and threw in some vanilla ice

cream and low and behold…
