Shaken Not Stirred Martini

Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ½ ounces Bombay gin or

Finlandia vodka

o ½ ounce Lillet Blanc

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

o lemon peel


Method:

1. Shake cocktail

ingredients over ice.

2. Serve up in a martini

glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel.


Remarks:

We’ve heard that the plus side

of shaking has to do with the

liberating of anti-oxidants (?).

We say, if you want a cloudy

martini shake it. If you don't

want clouds in your cocktail

you "Stir it up, little darling."
