Rose Petal Syrup

Ingredients:

o 1 ½ cup sugar

o 1 cup water

o ¼ cup dried rose petals


Method:

1. Combine ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring to dissolve the sugar.

2. Reduce heat and simmer

stirring occasionally until the

mixture reaches a syrup-like

consistency.

3. Remove from heat and let

cool.

4. Strain into an airtight

container.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
