Qt Hotel Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Finlandia vodka

o 1 ½ ounces Kahlúa

o 2 ounces chilled espresso

o 2 teaspoons sugar

Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

Remarks:

As above, we think the QT is too

sweet. If you agree, reducing the

sugar would be an obvious

place to start. Another way to

tame the sweetness is to use

Patron XO Cafe in place of

Kahlúa.
