Port Royale Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Monte Alban

mezcal

o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto 20 Year Old

o ½ ounce Bénédictine D.O.M.

o ½ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o 1 dash Hella Smoked Chili

bitters or to taste

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel.

Remarks:

If you want to or have recently

given up smoking, this cocktail

may not be for you. Otherwise,

you’re going to like this drink.

It's very different than the Port

Royal Cocktail and a whole lot

smokier.
