Port Royal Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Goslings Black Seal rum (151 proof)

o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto 20 Year Old

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o ½ ounce fresh orange juice

o 3 ounces pineapple juice

o 1 dash Hella Ginger bitters

o ½ ounce Honeysuckle and

Black Pepper syrup*

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a hurricane

glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel.

Remarks:

This is not your usual tall and

fruity tropical drink. It is tall

and fruity but the 151, ginger

bitters, and the syrup make it

a cocktail for all occasions.
