Planter’s Punch

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Goslings Black Seal rum (151 proof)

o 1 ounce fresh orange juice

o 1 ounce pineapple juice

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o ¼ ounce grenadine

Garnish

o mint sprig

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve over crushed ice in a

hurricane glass.

3. Garnish with mint sprig.

Remarks:

This cocktail dates to the 19th

century. It was the signature

drink of the Planter’s Hotel in

Charleston, South Carolina.
