Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Bombay gin

o ½ ounce Boulard Calvados VSOP

o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ½ ounce grenadine or to taste

o egg white

Garnish     

o 1 Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry


Method:

1. Shake without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again.

3. Serve up in a cocktail glass.


Remarks:

This is a tasty drink with or

without the egg white. In fact,

you may want to try it first

without egg white to get the

flavor the way you like it and

then add the egg white to the

subsequent ones you make.
