Persian Black Tea and Orange Blossom Syrup

Ingredients:

o 2 tablespoons Persian black tea leaves

o ½ teaspoon Moroccan Orange Blossom Water

o 1 cup water

o 1 cup sugar


Method:

1. Combine sugar and water

in a sauce pan and bring to a boil

stirring to dissolve the sugar.

2. Remove from heat, add tea

and steep for at least 25 minutes.

3. Fine strain into an airtight

container using a paper filter.

4. Add orange blossom water.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
