Papa Doble Daiquiri

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 ½ ounces Flor de Caña Extra Seco rum

o ¾ ounce Luxardo maraschino

o 1 ounce grapefruit juice

o 1 ounce fresh lime juice

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o lime wheel or wedge

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Strain into a martini or large

cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with lime wheel or

wedge.

Remarks:

Similar to Papa Hemingway's

suggested Daiquiri. Similar, but

we use more than the 6 drops of

Maraschino that Papa liked. We

also added simple syrup which

he would not have liked. This

can be blended with cracked ice.
