Orange Blossom Syrup

Ingredients:

o ¾ cup water

o 1 ½ cups sugar

o 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

o 2 teaspoons Moroccan Orange Blossom Water


Method:

1. Combine sugar and water

in a saucepan and bring to a

boil stirring to dissolve sugar.

2. Reduce heat, add juice

and simmer stirring until the

mixture reaches a syrup-like

consistency.

3. Remove from heat, add

orange blossom water, and

let cool.

4. Strain into an airtight

container.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
