Mexican Dulce de Leche Coffee

Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o brown sugar

o 1 scoop Dulce de Leche

Caramel ice cream

o 1 ounce 1800 Silver tequila

o 1 ounce Kahlúa

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

Garnish

o whipped cream

o ground cinnamon


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a glass or

mug and invert it into a shallow

dish of brown sugar to coat the

rim of either one.

2. Caramelize the sugar using

a kitchen torch.

3. Add ice cream to the

prepared glass.

4. Add remaining cocktail

ingredients.

5. Top with whipped cream.

6. Garnish with cinnamon.


Remarks:

You may also decide to opt out

of either the caramelization or

the garnish. Frankly, the flavor

of the remaining ingredients is

excellent on its own.
