Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Grey Goose vodka

o ¾ ounce Lillet Blanc

o ¾ ounce Blandy's 5-Year-Old

Malmsey Madeira

o ½ ounce Schladerer Edel-Kirsch

o 1 dash champagne vinegar

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into a martini glass.

Remarks:

The primary flavor here is

Madeira. But not the Madeira

you remember. More like some

Madeira that has spent the

past year at the gym.
