Lemon Rum Iced Coffee

Recipe

(Serves Two)

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Mount Gay XO rum

o 4 ounces cold espresso or

coffee

o 8 ounces ice water

o 1 ½ tablespoons Demerara sugar

Garnish

o 2 thick slices of lemon halved


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass to dissolve

the sugar and to chill the

mixture.

2. Serve over ice in glasses or

mugs.

3. Garnish with lemon slices

equitably divided.


Remarks:

This can also be made by the

pitcher. Simply increase the

above amounts by the number

of quests. We suggest you not

make extra. The dilution from

the melting ice could become

a problem.
