Lavender Syrup

Ingredients:

o 2 cups granulated sugar

o 1 cup water

o 3 tablespoons fresh or dried

lavender flowers


Method:

1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat and simmer

stirring occasionally until the

mixture reaches a syrup-like

consistency.

3. Remove from heat and let

steep for an hour or until you

are satisfied with the flavor.

4. Fine strain into an airtight

container using a paper filter.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
