La Ofrenda (The Offering)

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces 1800 Añejo tequila

o 2 ounces cold coffee or

espresso

o 2 ounces almond milk

o 2-3 drops Bittermens

Xocolatl Mole bitters or to taste

Garnish

o grated Ibarra chocolate

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Strain into a martini glass.

3. Garnish with grated

chocolate.

Comments:

This is a tribute to a Latin

America before it became

either Latin or American.

A caffeinated cocktail that

seems appropriate after a

day spent drinking Corpse
