Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Flor de Caña

Extra Seco rum

o 2 ounces Lillet Rouge

Garnish

o lemon twist

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Comments:

The Lillet Rouge makes this an

interesting alternative to wine

with dinner. Having said that,

equal parts liquor and liqueur

may be “perfect” for some,

others may prefer a little less

Lillet.
