Recipe
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o sugar
o 1 ounce J. Wray Silver
Jamaican rum
o 1 ounce Tia Maria
o 4 ounces hot coffee or
espresso
Garnish
o whipped cream
o grated allspice
Method:
1. Moisten the rim of a cup or
mug and invert it into a shallow
dish of sugar to coat the rim of
the cup or mug.
2. Add the remaining cocktail
ingredients to the prepared cup.
3. Top with whipped cream.
4. Garnish with allspice.
Comments:
This is what any fortified coffee
should be; tasty and decidedly
fortified. Whipped cream makes
it sweet and the allspice makes
it a little exotic.
