Irish Winter Coffee Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Tullamore DEW Irish whiskey

o ¾ ounce Kahlúa

o 1 teaspoon brown sugar

o 4 ounces coffee or espresso

Garnish

o lightly whipped cream

Method:

1. Stir to combine cocktail

ingredients in a glass.

2. Slowly pour cream over a

spoon.

Comments:

This is what an Irish coffee or

any caffeinated cocktail should

be like. Not too sweet and not

too bitter. With enough caffeine

to perk you up but not enough

to get you rattled. Unless that

is you drink too many of them.
