Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces 1800 Añejo tequila

o 1 ounce Kahlúa or Patrón

XO Cafe

o 2 ounces cold espresso or

coffee

o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters

or to taste

Garnish

o whipped cream

o ground cinnamon

o ground cloves

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in cocktail glass.

3. Top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with cinnamon and

cloves.

Remarks:

We used Patrón XO Café and

Illy medium roast Arabica and

found that together they made

a delicious cup of coffee. Try it,

or use your own favorites
