Gingerbread White Russian

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

o ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

o sugar

o 1 ounce Finlandia vodka

o 1 ounce Kahlúa

o 2 ounces chilled espresso

o 2 ounces whole milk

Garnish

o lightly whipped cream

o molasses

Method:

1. Moisten the rim of an Old

Fashioned glass and invert it

into a shallow dish containing

a mixture of the sugar and

spices to coat rim.

2. Shake remaining cocktail

ingredients over ice.

3. Serve over ice in the

prepared glass.

4. Top with whipped cream.

5. Garnish with a drizzle of

molasses.

Remarks:

This is a very tasty, caffeinated

cocktail. It’s like being able to

drink a glass of dessert.
