French Coffee

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¾ ounce Cointreau

o ¾ ounce Kahlúa or Patrón

XO Cafe

o 8 ounces hot coffee or double espresso

o 1 teaspoon sugar

Garnish

o sweetened orange flavored

whipped cream*

o chocolate shavings

Method:

1. Combine cocktail ingredients

in a warmed mug.

2. Stir to dissolve sugar.

3. Top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with chocolate

shavings.

Comments:

A very good cup of coffee that

tastes a little of orange and a

lot like coffee.

*whip cream with orange

extract and powdered sugar

to taste.
