Flemish 75

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o ¼ ounce Simple Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o 3 ounces Lindemans

Strawberry lambic

Garnish

o rosemary sprig

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except the lambic over ice.

2. Pour into in an ice-filled

wine glass.

3. Top with lambic and stir

gently.

4. Garnish with a sprig of

rosemary.

Remarks:

The Flemish 75 is loosely based

on the gin version of the classic

French 75 cocktail. Both the gin

and cognac versions of the

French 75 are also included on

the site. Try them all. Enjoy.
