Extra Old Old Fashioned

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 orange peel

o 1 teaspoon sugar

o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO

rum

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

o orange peel

Method:

1. Muddle orange peel and

sugar in a mixing glass.

2. Add ice, rum, and bitters

and stir to chill.

3. Strain into an ice-filled

Old Fashioned glass.

4. Garnish with cherry and

orange peel.

Remarks:

This is a very interesting take

on the Old Fashioned. It's also

a good excuse to enjoy Mount

Gay XO rum.
