Easy Rum Eggnog

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Mount Gay XO rum

o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto 20 Year Old

o ½ ounce agave nectar

o 1 whole egg

Garnish

o grated nutmeg


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again to

chill.

3. Fine strain into a cocktail

glass.

4. Garnish with nutmeg.


Remarks:

Finally, a delicious eggnog that

can be made in small batches.

It’s no longer necessary to wait

until Christmas to share a toast

with someone by the fireside.
