Earl Grey Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

o 2 teabags of Earl Grey tea

or 2 teaspoons loose tea

o 1 cup demerara sugar

o 1 cup water


Method:

1. Combine sugar and water

in a saucepan and bring to a

boil stirring to dissolve sugar.

2. Remove from heat.

3. Add tea and steep per

package instructions.

4. Let cool and strain into

an airtight container using a

paper filter for loose tea.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
