Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ½ ounce Canadian maple

syrup

o 8 ounces strong hot coffee

o 1 ½ ounces Crown Royal

Garnish

o heavy cream to taste


Method:

1. Stir coffee and syrup in

mug or cup.

2. Add whiskey.

3. Top with heavy cream.


Remarks:

A most Canadian of coffees.

Not particularly assertive.

Not trying to be extraordinary.

Not at all bad. In a word,

Canadian.
