Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Heaven’s Door

Straight Rye whiskey

o ½ ounce Crème de Mûre

o ½ ounce Pimm’s No.1 Cup

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

o sweetened whipped cream

Method:

1. Combine cocktail ingredients

in a heated cup or mug and stir.

2. Top with whipped cream.

Comments:

Our original design for this did

not include whipped cream. We

felt that came on a little strong.

In our humble opinion, whipped

cream makes it more enjoyable.

But it's a drink either way.
