Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Woodford

Reserve bourbon

o ½ ounce Lazzaroni amaretto

o 1 cup vanilla ice cream

o 4 ounces cold strong coffee

Garnish

o whipped cream

Method:

1. Blend cocktail ingredients

with ice until they reach a milk-

shake like consistency.

2. Serve up in a highball glass.

3. Garnish with whipped

cream

Comments:

We added a little more bourbon

than was called for the original

recipe. We found that balanced

the sweetness. At least that's our

excuse for adding more bourbon.
