Blue Dragon Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Chivas Regal scotch

o ½ ounce blue Curaçao

o 1 healthy pinch of a mixture of cinnamon and sugar

Method:

1. Combine spirits in a wine

glass and ignite.

2. Pour into another glass

from a height.

3. Toss in cinnamon sugar.

4. Extinguish and pour into

a shooter glass.

Remarks:

If you choose to flame this, we

suggest that you first warm the

spirits. Flamed or not this is a

tasty drink due in large part to

the cinnamon. Give the dragon

a healthy pinch. If you dare.
