Bitter Scotsman Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Chivas Regal scotch

o 1 ounce Campari

o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

o 1 ounce orgeat syrup

Garnish

o lemon peel

o ground cinnamon

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel

and a pinch of cinnamon.

Remarks:

Not everyone will be happy with

our scotch to Campari ratio. But

you don’t need get bitter about it.

Just change the ratio to suit your

personal preference. Geeez!
