Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail     

o ¾ ounce Johnnie Walker Red Label scotch

o ¾ ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto 10 Year Old

o ¾ ounce Manzanilla sherry

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

o lemon peel

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel and

cherry.

Remarks:

We have several cocktails that

pair scotch and sherry. All are

very good. It turns out that port,

scotch, and sherry are also an

interesting combination. Enjoy.
