Up the Kriek

Recipe

Ingredients:     

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Woodford Reserve bourbon

o ½ ounce Luxardo maraschino

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o 6 ounces Lindemans Kriek

lambic

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except the lambic over ice.

2. Strain into a cocktail glass.

3. Top with lambic.

Remarks:

This comes across very much

as a cocktail, albeit a large one.

The Kriek lambic (sour cherry)

is primarily a flavoring agent

but it also adds a little sparkle.
