Up the Kriek

Recipe

Ingredients:     

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Woodford

Reserve bourbon

o ½ ounce Lazzaroni Maraschino liqueur

o ¾ ounce freshly squeezed

lemon juice

o 6 ounces Lindemans Kriek

Lambic

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except the lambic over ice.

2. Strain into a cocktail glass.

3. Top with lambic.

Comments:

This comes across very much

as a cocktail, albeit a large

one. The Kriek (sour cherry)

lambic acts primarily as a

flavoring agent though it also

adds a little sparkle.
