The Irish Drummer Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ¼ ounces Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey

o ½ ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto 20 Year Old

o 1 ounce Honeysuckle and

Pepper syrup*

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or to

taste

o 1 egg

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again to

chill.

3. Fine strain into a cocktail

glass.

Remarks:

Whether it’s St. Paddy’s Day, or

not. Whether you’re Irish, or not.

Whether you’re a drummer, or

not. This cocktail is hard to beat.
