Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Tullamore D.E.W.

Irish whiskey

o 1 ounce Plum Gekkeikan wine

o ½ ounce Lazzaroni maraschino

o 1 dash Hella Smoked Chili

bitters or to taste

Garnish

o 3 Tillen Farms Bada Bing

cherries

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with cherries.

Remarks:

This starts out a little sweet and

finishes with a smoky heat.
