The Chasing Springtime Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:     

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Bombay gin

o 2 ounces Lillet Blanc

o ¾ ounce grapefruit juice

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o champagne

Garnish

o edible flower petals

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except champagne over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail

glass.

3. Top with champagne

4. Garnish with flower

petals.

Remarks:

Aptly named as the flower

petals evoke the arrival of

spring. This is an excellent

way to toast the season.
