Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Woodford Reserve

bourbon

o 1 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label scotch

o ½ ounce Ilegal mezcal

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

o 2-3 drops Bittermens Xocolatl

Mole bitters

Garnish

o orange twist

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve over a large ice cube

in an Old Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with orange twist.

Remarks:

If it's late and you're a regular. 

If the place is nearly empty and

and the bartender is no longer

occupied. If you feel the need

to get something off your chest.
