Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Jim Beam Bonded bourbon

o 1 ounce Lazzaroni amaretto

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Remarks:

The amaretto is dominant. Not

such a bad thing. But if you feel

it might be too much of a good

thing, try adding more bitters.
