Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Woodford Reserve bourbon

o ½ ounce Mount Gay XO rum

o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto 20 Year Old

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel.

Remarks:

This is a cocktail with body. We

used bourbon, but rye is also an

option. The port adds roundness

and the rum provides depth to

make this a cocktail you'll look

forward to when your commute

is finally over or you close your

laptop after the last conference

call of the day.
