Sea Breeze Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Finlandia vodka

o 4 ounces cranberry juice

o 1 ounce grapefruit juice

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

o lemon wheel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in highball glass.

2. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Remarks:

The original Sea Breeze dates

back to the 1920s. It was made

with gin and grenadine. In the

1950s Ocean Spray started to

market cranberry juice and in

in the 1970s they sponsored the

development of cocktails using

cranberry juice. These included

the updated Sea Breeze, Cape

Codder, and the Bay Breeze.
