Scottish Ladies’ Cocktail

Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Johnnie Walker Black Label scotch

o ¾ ounce Sambuca Romano

o 2 dashes Angostura bitters

or to taste

o 1 ounce pineapple juice

Garnish

o pineapple wedge


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up into a cocktail

glass.

3. Garnish with pineapple

wedge.


Remarks:

We tried this with a “sweeter”

scotch and with a "drier" one.

Either way it still tasted like

Sambuca on the rocks. We

thought increasing the scotch

and decreasing the Sambuca

would change that. It didn't.

Finally, we added pineapple

juice and we were glad we did.
