Scotch Royale Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or

to taste

o 1 sugar cube or 1 teaspoon

sugar

o 1 ½ ounces Chivas Regal scotch

o champagne

Method:

1. Combine bitters and sugar

in a champagne flute.

2. Add scotch.

3. Top with champagne and

stir once gently.

Remarks:

You might say a Scotch Royale

is a Champagne Cocktail with

scotch instead of cognac and

with no garnish. You'll get no

argument from us.
