Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Chivas Regal scotch

o ¾ ounce Lillet Rouge

o 1 dash of Angostura bitters

Garnish

o 1 Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve over ice in an

Old-Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with a cherry.

Comments:

Some like their Manhattan

with bourbon.

Some like their Manhattan

with rye.

Some like their Manhattan

with scotch which is called a

Rob Roy.

Don’t even ask me why.

Some like their Manhattan

“Perfected”.

With equal parts sweet and

dry.

When a Rob Roy cocktail’s

“Perfected”, it’s called an

Affinity.
