Recipe
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label scotch
o 1 teaspoon Crème de Cassis
o 4 ounces Fever-Tree Premium
Club Soda
Method:
1. Stir all but the soda over ice
in a mixing glass.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Top with soda.
Remarks:
This is a good drink that's hard
to classify. It's rather like a Kir
Royale with an attitude. Enjoy.
