Peat’s Dragon

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Johnnie Walker

Blue Label scotch

o 1 ounce Ilegal mezcal

o ½ ounce Manzanilla sherry

o ½ ounce agave nectar

o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o lemon wheel dehydrated or

torched

o ½ thinly sliced orange wheel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve over ice in an Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with lemon wheel

and orange slice.

Remarks:

Peat in terms of scotch equals

smoky. Smoky makes sense as

we are talking about a fire

breathing dragon. That being

said we used Johnnie Walker

Blue Label which is only a wee

bit peaty. For more smokiness

use a single malt from Islay like

Laphroaig or Talisker.
