Recipe
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Johnnie Walker
Blue Label scotch
o 1 ounce Ilegal mezcal
o ½ ounce Manzanilla sherry
o ½ ounce agave nectar
o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
Garnish
o lemon wheel dehydrated
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in an
Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with lemon wheel.
Comments:
Peat in terms of scotch equals
smoky. Smoky makes sense as
we are talking about a fire
breathing dragon. That being
said we used Johnnie Walker
Blue Label which is only a wee
bit peaty. Use a single malt
from Islay, like Laphroaig or
Talisker, or switch to Monte
Alban mezcal if more smoke
is what you’re after.
