Recipe

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ½ cup Finlandia vodka

o ½ cup Kahlúa

o 2 ½ cups strong hot coffee

Garnish

o ½ cup lightly whipped cream

Method:

1. Bring cocktail ingredients

to a simmer in a saucepan.

2. Divide into heated mugs.

3. Top each with whipped

cream.

Remarks:

At the end of a winter’s day, it

just doesn’t get any better than

this.
