Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Chivas Regal scotch

o 1 ounce green Crème de Menthe

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o mint sprig

o slice of kiwi fruit

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with kiwifruit and

mint sprig.

Remarks:

Scotch is often underrated as a

liquor to be mixed with other

liquors and liqueurs. We want

to change that.
