Galliano Old Fashioned

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Woodford Reserve bourbon

o 1 ounce Galliano

o 1 dash each Angostura

and Hella Orange bitters or to taste

Garnish

o lemon and orange peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled

Old Fashioned glass.

3. Express peels over the

drink and drop in for garnish.

Remarks:

This drink is like the classic

Old Fashioned. A sweeter,

smoother, Old Fashioned to

be sure. We omitted the sugar

from the original recipe as the

Galliano brings its own

sweetness to the table.
