Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Bombay Gin

o ¾ ounce Bénédictine D.O.M.

o ¾ ounce yellow Chartreuse

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

Remarks:

Chartreuse and gin provide the

strong wind driving this cocktail.

While the Bénédictine and citrus

make for its smooth sailing. So,

a strong but smooth cocktail that

would be good any time of day.
